By accessing this system, you acknowledge that ClarkCore and its
operational partners collect, retain, and process behavioral telemetry
for purposes of continuity maintenance, population modeling, and
infrastructure optimization.
This includes but is not limited to: navigation patterns, session
duration, interaction sequences, device identifiers, and inferred
behavioral indicators. Data is retained for a minimum of 14 years
or until continuity objectives are met, whichever is later.
Acknowledgment of this notice is required to proceed. Continued
access to ClarkCore systems constitutes ongoing consent. Withdrawal
of consent does not affect data already collected and is subject to
a 90-day processing period.
This notice satisfies applicable disclosure requirements under
ClarkCore Continuity Framework Article 7, Sections 2 through 9.
