A procurement synchronization platform for organizations that require continuity of supply without continuity of record. What moves through Shady Dealings moves cleanly.
Shady Dealings is ClarkCore's decentralized procurement and logistics synchronization platform. It was developed in response to organizational demand for supply chain continuity that operates independently of conventional auditing frameworks.
Transactions routed through Shady Dealings are fragmented across multiple intermediate nodes before resolution. Each node retains only the portion of the record relevant to its function. No single participant holds a complete view of any given transaction.
The platform name was selected during an internal review period. It was retained. ClarkCore believes in accurate labeling.
Transaction records are not available for external review. Partner organizations receive confirmation of completion only. Intermediate routing data is purged at 72-hour intervals as a standard operational practice.
